Everything ships made-to-order because we don't believe in warehouses full of stuff nobody asked for.
Processing time.
Every item is made to order — just for you. That means production takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. We know that's not Amazon speed, but we promise it's worth the wait.
Shipping rates.
United States: Calculated at checkout, based on what you ordered and where it's going. You see the exact cost in full before you pay — no surprise line item at the end.
Promotions: When a free-shipping promotion is running, it applies automatically at checkout. No code to hunt down.
International: Available at checkout. Rates calculated based on destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery times.
After production, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — usually 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges.
Made to order means no change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
