Straight answer up front: we can't take something back because you changed your mind. If we got it wrong, that's a different story.
Change of mind.
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We get it — that sounds harsh. But we're making each item specifically for you, and we can't restock a one-off.
Damaged, defective, or just plain wrong.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we've got you. Email us at thursday.lines@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Before you order.
Since change-of-mind returns aren't an option, it's worth getting the size right the first time. If you're stuck between two, ask us — we'd rather answer a question than make you a shirt that doesn't fit.
