FREE U.S. SHIPPING OVER $100 — TREAT YOURSELF

Privacy Policy

Your data, your call.

We collect the minimum we need to get you your gear and keep the lights on. Here's exactly what that means.

What we collect — and why.

Orders. Your name, email, shipping address, and payment info — to make and ship your gear. Payment runs through Shopify; we never see your card number.

Email signup. Just your email, and only if you opt in — so we can send you new-drop and promo emails. Unsubscribe in one click, anytime.

Browsing. The pages and products you view, your cart activity, device type, and rough location — to improve the site and run our ads. The exact tools, identifiers, and opt-outs are in “Analytics & advertising” below.

Third-party services.

The trusted services that help us run the shop:

  • Shopify — store & payments
  • Printify — printing & fulfillment
  • Klaviyo — marketing email (if you subscribe)
  • PostHog — product analytics
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — ads & retargeting

We don't sell your personal information for money. These services process it only to work for us — except Meta, which also uses what we share to target ads (details below).

Analytics & advertising.

PostHog. Product analytics — pages and products viewed, cart activity, and orders — tied to a random per-visitor ID and hosted in the US. It may also record session replays (playback of your clicks and scrolling); text you type into forms is masked.

Meta (pixel + Conversions API). The pixel loads in your browser, reports page views and shopping actions (view, add-to-cart, checkout), and sets Facebook cookies. When you complete an order, our server sends Meta a purchase event: your email and phone hashed (scrambled), the order details, and your Facebook browser identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies) shared unhashed. Meta uses it to measure our ads and retarget you on Facebook and Instagram.

Browse-session data. If you view several products without adding to cart, your browser sends a short session summary — products viewed, how long, and your PostHog ID (no name or email) — to our own API. We keep it on Vercel for up to 7 days, then delete it automatically, and use it for abandoned-browse reminders.

Cookies & controls. Essential cookies run the cart and session; analytics and ad cookies power the above. Disable cookies in your browser (the site still works, but your cart won't persist), limit Meta ads via your Facebook ad preferences, or email us to delete your data.

Your rights.

Unsubscribe from any marketing email in one click. Want your data deleted? Email thursday.lines@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
